2025 Native Plant list and Descriptions and Photos

Here is the new list of native forbs, grasses and shrubs that we have started for you for 2025.  Remember that not all of these varieties will ultimately be available for sale.  They are seeded but not yet growing so we don't know what germination will be.  There are always a few each year that either do not germinate or do so poorly.  Keep your fingers crossed for your favorites!

Plants with a strike-through are varieties that will not be available for this year.  Varieties highlighted light green are new for this year or returning after a gap.  Also highlighted in yellow are full sun only, blue are full shade tolerant and red are deer resistant.  We will add more information on bird and butterfly favorites shortly.

Also note new flat sizes and prices for pollinator kits.

Most native and vegetable plants will be available through fall.  Keep checking back, quantities and actual varieties will vary.  These products will be available at the Winona Farmers Market or delivered to the Rochester area with a large enough order, or if preferred, pickup will be available at the farm
